Reiki is a spiritual healing art with its roots in Japanese origin. The word Reiki comes from the Japanese word (Rei) which means “Universal Life” and (Ki) which means “Energy”. Reiki is not affiliated with any particular religion or religious practice.
It is not massage nor is it based on belief or suggestion. It is a subtle and effective form of energy work using spiritually guided life force energy. It’s a complementary or alternative health approach. Reiki does not directly cure diseases or illnesses. Instead, it’s used as a way to manage symptoms and improve general well-being.
During a Reiki session, the practitioner places their hands either directly on you or just above you to bring about healing by stimulating your body’s natural healing abilities.

Second level and above, Reiki practitioners and masters, can send Reiki at a distance. You may request Reiki at a distance for yourself to ameliorate any conditions, or for someone you know who you feel will benefit from it, by providing their name and location at the time being.
Reiki is not intended to replace any doctor-approved plan.
